Brief description

Through the in-sourcing of parts of the camshaft and camshaft production new processes for material supply and disposal had to be planned and implemented.

The Focus of the project was the planning of the logistical process, planning of the layout logistics space, the planning of storage and conveyor technology as well as the information flow.

In this context, an automated guided vehicle system for delivery and pickup of cargo units was designed and installed in the the production lines.
