Brief description 

A multi-stage CKD concept for the Russian market was developed for four product lines of an Italian specialty vehicle manufacturer for the agricultural and construction industries.

The components were initially bundled in consolidation centers in the U.S. and in Europe. A total economic settlement of manufacturing, logistics and customs expenses has been reached.
