Call for tenders for operative logistics services in 6 Italian automobile plants of the Fiat Auto Group- Collection of the current logistical processes for each plant (goods receipt; warehousing; supply to the assembling line; distribution of empty containers)

• Optimisation and standardisation of the processes
• Developing a specification incl. price blank tags
• Calculation of the prices expected for this service
• Supporting the selection of the potential service provider 
• Evaluation of the incoming offers
• Monitoring meetings and negotiations with bidders
