Brief description

For a new car plant, the planning, including documentation and the implementation support (Ramp-Up Management) were performed for the JIT/JIS

This included various vehicle models and suppliers. Synergies have been achieved through bundling of logistics services (Warehousing / picking / Transport / Line Feeding).

Furthermore clocked route trains and counter-monitoring were introduced. The Audi own NLC concept (new logistics concept) as well as the principles of Audi production system were considered in planning and implementation.
