Brief description 

For the construction projects of the German government on the “Spreebogen” area (Tiergarten, tunnel) it was our task to develop an economic and environmentally compliant logistics concept and to invite tenders.

A control system was designed that included the whole process chain with a market-oriented view.

The system considered the project influence on transport and traffic during pre-carriage and main carriage within the city area.
